1. Introduction

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all bonuses issued by 777bk are subject to a wagering requirement, which represents the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before withdrawal of the bonus or its winnings becomes permissible.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The exploitation of promotional offers through low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across markets, and the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once — is strictly prohibited. 777bk reserves the right to void bonuses and to suspend accounts where such activity is detected.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

777bk reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw any promotion entirely with reasonable notice to affected players. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any eligible wagering already commenced prior to the withdrawal announcement will be honoured at the original stated terms.

6. Betting Rules

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 777bk

777bk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law or by a competent authority, or where it determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

9.2 Consequences of Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's account balance will be placed in escrow and will not be accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, 777bk reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance in accordance with the nature of the breach.

9.3 Voluntary Closure

777bk's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 777bk account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 777bk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

777bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777bk will provide notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notification on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.
